Coffee's from Huila are our favourites. We're huge fans of the profile of coffees from this region and so are our friends at Caravela coffee. They've been working with the producers of the Peñas Blancas area, in the South, since 2004! We're very fortunate to get hold of some Pink Bourbon this year and the coffee shows all the characteristic signs of a long term Caravela project. A real coffee drinkers cup that requires dedication care and time to produce. We're truly indebted to the work of the farmers and the Caravela team who continue to deliver such great coffees to us.

In the cup, there's a number of quality aspects. The aroma is sweet and reminds us of ripe stone fruit. Taste wise, it's rich and complex and is every bit what we look for in a Pink Bourbon. This is a perfect example of what we're after in our Exotic/Serious Gourmet Shit range, the coffee represents excellent value and a great way to get your hands on something really special.
