We've been buying coffee from the Akawa project for a few years now. We love the flavour profile of these coffees; always aromatic and interesting. There's a distinct fragrance that the producers manage to recreate year on year that we've not experience with any other coffees. That is, of cascara, the dried fruit from coffee plants. This lot presents that aroma with plenty of natural style body and structure. We've been enjoying it as espresso especially at the roastery.
