In the search for more excellent washed process coffees, we came across this absolute gem. From the Huila region, one of our favourite growing areas in Colombia, this coffee has structure and balance aplenty. 

The famers of the OCCICAFE co-op are committed to quality and have put in plenty of hard work, along with exporter Caravela, to achieve results in the cup. The lab at the mill sorts and qualifies all lots brought to the mill, picking the best lots to form the San Sebastian blend.
