Keen observers will recognise this coffee from our 2024 Christmas Blend. We were consistently blown away by the quality of this coffee over the period we were roasting it and decided it was easily good enough to stand on it's own as a single origin.

This coffee is from Remera Village in the Western Province of Rwanda. The growers co-op COOPAC runs the Kirerori station where the coffee is processed. The group is well known for it's advocacy for Organic farming and community development in the Lake Kivu area. The quality of their processing really shines in the cup here, we were pleasantly surprised with the fresh fruitiness of this natural and it's overall cup structure.
We find lots of classic chocolate flavour here with so great fresh fruitiness that's certainly highlighted by the natural process.
