It's no exaggeration to say that Wilton Benitez's coffee is legendary. Granja Paraiso's Thermo Shock process has radically changed the way people perceive the impact and role of processing on coffee flavour. Frequently creating flavours that are so abundant and individual that they're accused of "cheating"; when we were presented with an opportunity to buy some lots, we jumped at the chance.
This lot is a Caturra, which can summon ideas of boring, safe tasting cups. This coffee however, uses Wilton's incredible processing to deliver something entirely different. Full of passionfruit and white chocolate notes it's a standout.
