It's been a while between drinks but making a storming comeback to the Josie Coffee lineup is this H3 Natural process from Alejo Castro Kahle. His legendary farm, Volcan Azul, needs no introduction and we're happy to have this coffee in our offering.

One of the incredible things about Volcan Azul is the wide selection of coffee varietals grown on the farm. The H3 is an F1 hybrid; a dwarf, like it's parent Caturra, with the fruitiness of it's Ethiopian lineage. And of course the hybrid vigour of all F1 cultivars, meaning large yields and good growth.
