Featuring our first purchase of an Ecuadorian coffee! Coffees from Ecuador are known for their excellent acidity, partially due to the high altitude that Ecuadorian farms occupy. This lot is no exception to that rule although it differs from typical Ecuadorian coffees in its processing. This honey process add depth and character to the cup which gives the coffee the kind of fruity character we love.
