This is evident in the cup quality and clarity, with this coffee having a consistent expression from hot to cool and a clear and bright acidity. This lot represents the best of the coffee that El Salvador produces.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePacas is a natural mutation of Bourbon which occurred in El Salvador. It, like many similar mutations popular across the Americas, contains the gene for plant \"dwarfism\" which means that the tress are easier for pickers to harvest; as less coffee is out of reach.
