Baroida Estate from Papua New Guinea brings sweetness, body and structure. La Orquídea from Tolima, Colombia adds balance, soft fruit and a clean chocolatey backbone. Both are sourced through Sucafina and both do the steady, important work of making the blend feel complete.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFrom there, we add Shentawene G2 Natural from Ethiopia, sourced through Café Imports. This is the part of the blend that gives Framework its more expressive edge. It brings the stewed fruit, apricot and aromatic sweetness, modern but recognisably classic and every bit  suited to being and all day, everyday blend.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThat's the point of Framework. Familiar, easy to drink and still very good with milk, but it has a little more going on than Foundation.
