Burundi - Nyagashiha - Washed Process
The washed process sibling of the great Nyagashiha Natural, we were pleasantly surprised to find this lot carried the same aromatic profile. Plenty of cascara like florality but with the cup structure and elegance that a washed process brings. It's a great pairing with the natural process as it gives us the opportunity to view into how producers can alter the flavour profile of lots through processing.
The Akawa project continues to deliver great things from Burundi and we're pleased to be able to source this coffee from them.
