Pink Bourbon is currently the hottest coffee varietal on the market. Not truly a Bourbon but actually a mutation of an Ethiopia landrace that has been bred in South America, it has a tonne of complex acidity, sweetness and fruitiness.

This particular lot from Asobombo presents one of the best value coffees we've ever had. Tonnes of Pink Bourbon character and everything we want from a Colombian Washed process. Get it.

Recommended Brewing Recipe:

  • Espresso: 20g to 48g in 28 seconds
  • V60: 20g to 340g in 3:30 minutes
  • Tricolate: 20g to 400g in 4:30 minutes
