This year, we're very happy to offer a number of coffees from Testi Coffee's stations across Ethiopia. Our first lot, the Huke Natural Premium, was our best selling coffee of all time and with good reason. The quality of coffee from Testi is exceptional, the coffees exhibit tonnes of vintage Ethiopian character but with a pleasant edge from the, clearly, modern processing control. They represent the best of both worlds, in that regard.

The Werka "Kebele", the Amharic word for local government ward, has a reputation for exceptional coffee. We particularly like washed process coffees from these high altitude areas because of the quality of acidity, being bright and snappy. It's a perfect complement to the intense floral aroma of this coffee and gives great balance to the chocolate like finish in the cup.
