Showcase is our flagship blend, served across our coffee bars and built to express our approach to coffee at it's best.

It is sweet, bright, fruit-driven and a more progressive than a traditional espresso blend. It's not full of funky natural processing but it present excellent fruit flavour in the cup, and that represents the excellent work of the producers who grow and process the coffee we use. The goal for Showcase it to have enough clarity and character that it actually tastes like the coffees we put into it.

Showcase is made with high-quality lots that would sit comfortably as single origins in their own right. We use them together to create something layered, balanced and more exciting than the usual chocolate-and-caramel espresso blend.

Because we use smaller and more seasonal coffees, the components in Showcase change more often than our other blends. The profile stays familiar, but the lots necessarily shift as fresh coffees arrive. Showcase reflects what what best on the cupping table right now.

The coffee is beautiful as an espresso, especially for milk drinks where you still want sweetness and fruit to come through. It also holds up well black, with a cleaner and more interesting cup than you might expect from a blend.
