Featuring as our second ever 'international roaster' we have the New York based Sey Coffee.
Sey have gained a reputation as one of the premium specialty coffee roasters, worldwide. Each time our team has tasted one of their coffee's we've been blown away and we're happy to pass on this experience to our customers, in Australia.
The Worka station is well known to many coffee buyers, producing some of the best Ethiopian coffee available. When we saw that Sey had this washed process on offer, we knew we had to buy it. In the roastery, we're huge fans of washed process Ethiopian coffees and the opportunity to buy an excellent 'classic' of the type really jumped out to us.
When drinking a coffee like this, we're always tasting for the cup structure as much as the 'flavour' itself. The incredible structure of a washed process like this is part of what makes coffee so enjoyable.
